This is a solar radiant heating job for a very well known builder/architect in the city of chicago.  Paragon Mechanical was brought into this project to design and build Chicago's most efficient heating system available today.  This is exactly what we did!  Through the power of the sun and lower temp radiant design we built a solar radiant heating system that is truly a one of a kind.  This system provides all the domestic hot water and all the heating for the building.

This customer was looking for ways to reduce his energy bills for the nursing home and contracted with Paragon Mechancial, Inc to install new high efficient boilers to replace the old one.  We desgin built a new high efficienct boiler system for them and now they are saving energy and have a reliable and safe boiler system designed and installed by the Team of experts at Paragon Mechcanical, Inc.

This was a project for a large fitness center that requested a new energy efficient way to provide hot water for the entire facility.  The team of experts designed and built one of the first fully condensing completely on-demand tankless systems in the country for this customer.  This customer was so happy with the enginuity, ease of operation, energy savings and the way Paragon Mechcanical did the work we installed the same system for all of their facilities. 

Through our tried and true engineering Paragon Mechanical designed and built a new high efficient well balanced HVAC system for the Music Box Theater.  We installed new boilers, with a design build ventilation system and a proprietary control system for accurate and efficient operation all year long.  The system now operates comfortably and efficiently all year long utilizing the new ventilation and controls to operate new drives for the motors and controls for the energy operation.  This system draws outside air when it is suposed to and adjusts to whatever the theater capacity is to properly provide fresh air and staged heating.
